Our Iceland trip is winding down, and it has been incredible. We’ll have a full account of all the experiences we had and the first-class people we met. Here are a few more photos to tide you over until then.
It is hard to leave the fierce beauty of this northernmost capital city and the dramatic countryside around it. But in just a few weeks Lisa Pasold and I, along with several other Classical Pursuits travellers, will be on the road again, heading to New Orleans. This grande dame of the South is waiting with open arms but also with many secrets to discover.
If you can’t make the New Orleans trip, in March 2015 we’ll get the opportunity to experience an entirely different kind of Southern charm in Colombia. This lively country has much to offer, from extraordinary biodiversity in the mountains to a buzzing cultural scene in its urban centres. Perhaps no city better symbolizes how Colombia has transformed itself and rediscovered its beauty than Medellín, the second stop on our itinerary.
